We expect you to be constantly challenged. You will be assessed by your manager every six months, and your annual bonus will depend on your performance.

If you are looking to be micro-managed, then WebGains is not for you. We will make it clear to you what your responsibilities are and then leave you to get on with it. Hence, it follows that you must be able to motivate yourself and comfortable that you have the self-discipline to complete your work on time and to a high standard without your manager constantly checking on you. The buck will stop with you. We do not allow finger pointing or laying off the blame should you not deliver.
