Payments

We make payments to affiliates weekly, one week in arrears or on a monthly basis at the end of the month following the transaction month.

Prepay Merchant

Account Merchant

Commissions earned from a pre-pay Merchant are paid on the Wednesday (the ‘payment day’) for all commissions earned up to midnight of the Tuesday one week prior to the payment date. For example, commissions earned up until midnight of Tuesday the 10th will be paid on Wednesday the 18th.
An Account Merchant is a merchant who settles his/her commissions in arrears. Commissions earned from this type of merchant are held until the funds are received from the Merchant. The commissions will then be paid on the next payment day. (The next Wednesday)

For UK based affiliates we make payment direct into your bank account, PayPal or by cheque drawn on HSBC.

A real concern for many affiliates is promoting a merchant who is then unable/unwilling to pay for genuine commissions. In reality this is a rare occurrence as the majority of merchants are delighted with the business that affiliates bring them and therefore happy to pay well-deserved commissions for increased revenue.

Furthermore, where tracking fails to record transactions (an extremely rare occurrence), we will actively encourage merchants to compensate affiliates for unrecorded commissions.
